Sweet & Tangy Sauce
This sauce was inspired by a sauce made by Chad’s father in law Karl. The main ingredient in the sauce was honey, and it was rather expensive to produce. Eventually, Chad tweaked the recipe, adding tomato product, and ended up with a sauce that is preservative-free and does not contain any fake smoke.
Governor’s Wing Sauce
Chad and his brother in law Ryan created the distinct wing sauce together. Incidentally, how the sauce got its name is quite an interesting story. Before Larry Hogan became the governor of Maryland, he often came into the restaurant, as he was a big fan of the wings. Later, Hogan won the election and became governor, and Chad renamed the sauce after him. The sauce is unique because it features real butter, unlike many sauces that contain fake butter.
Honey Jalapeno Sauce
Chad created this sauce one year upon entering the Maryland Chicken Wing Festival Contest. To sum up, the sauce was a massive success at the festival, and it ultimately won the competition. Therefore, given the hype and success of the sauce, Chad began selling wings with the Honey Jalapeno sauce at the restaurant.
