We like to do things differently at Chad’s BBQ. We are a small, locally-owned restaurant, and we pride ourselves on delivering quality comfort food. It’s all about the real smoke, and smoking meat takes time. At Chad’s, we smoke EVERYTHING from the burgers and chicken to the ribs, sausage, and wings. That’s what makes our signature BBQ so tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Particularly, order our fall off the bone, lip-smacking ribs. Or, our smoked burger topped with bacon jam and a side of housemade pickles.
2. Homemade BBQ Sauces

3. Beer, Beer, and More Beer
Our beer menu is stacked! That’s because we like to think that beer is a vital part of the BBQ experience. As a matter of fact, with over 50 beers, including craft beer, ales, IPAs, stouts, and lagers, our selection is specially-made for the ultimate beer enthusiast. Further, come in and try a new brew each time you dine with us, lunch or dinner.
4. Family Meals
Serve up to 12 people with our Family Style Meals! Just call ahead, or stop in and carry out some of your favorite menu items prepared and packed for the whole family. We have four separate meals to choose from, including Pulled Pork BBQ, Hot Links BBQ, Chicken and Ribs, and Chad’s BBQ Feast. Additionally, our meals are easy, affordable, and sure to please everyone, young and old.
5. Maine Root Fountain Drinks
All of our Main Root fountain drinks are Fair Trade Certified organically sweetened. We carry Maine Root lemon-lime, root beer, ginger ale, and blueberry. Not to mention, the drinks are all unlimited all the time. So, grab a Maine Root Soda the next time you need a sweet cold, refreshing beverage.
6. Gluten Free Buns
We aim to accommodate all of our customers with allergies and specific nutritional needs. Especially, our gluten-free buns, which are available now!
