At Chad’s, we don’t have a large menu, but we still have some hidden gems that newcomers might not know about. These aren’t necessarily things you can find at just any ol’ BBQ joint around. We are pretty particular about quality and great taste. But not only that, we want our customers to enjoy the entire experience. So if you are new to Chad’s, here is what our loyal customers already know and love about our menu options.
Pickle Fries
Yes, you heard that right. Pickle fries. If you are a pickle lover, this really is the dish for you. They are deep-fried pickle strips of flavorful dill, battered and fried to a crisp. Served with a creamy ranch dressing, this side is sure to have your mouth watering for more. But these aren’t just any pickles. These are homemade. Yup, that’s right, we make all our pickles in-house. So make sure to order you a side of the satisfying take on fries with a burst of flavor in each bite.
Maine Root Soft Drinks
It’s no secret we are pretty particular about what we serve. However, one might not consider it goes as far as our soft drinks. For us, we serve Maine Root soft drinks for a reason. They use 100% organic sugar cane as their sweetener, unlike the traditional soft drinks that contain overly processed, bleached sugars with high-fructose corn syrup. Locally Brewed Beers
Soft drinks aren’t the only thing we take seriously. Beer we take very seriously. If we are going to pair a brew with our BBQ, it’s going to be from Maryland. You’ll always find fantastic local breweries on tap. As of right now, we have the following you can try:
Forbin (IPA) – Pherm Brewing Company, Gambrills, MD
Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 hops with a touch of malt.
Topless Blonde Ale – Big Truck Farm Brewery, Parkton, MD
Light-colored ale with a crisp malt flavor.
Snow Pants (Stout-Oatmeal) – Union Craft Brewing, Baltimore, MD
Oatmeal Stout is a full-bodied jet-black ale that warms the palate with the chocolate flavors of rich dark malt, complementing a gentle, creamy oat body.
Country Ride (Pale Ale-American) – RAR Brewing, Cambridge MD
American Pale Ale is a juicy, slightly hazy pale ale with the balance from the malt backbone. It has a low/medium bitterness with aromas of citrus and pineapple.
